These Terms govern your use of the Air Fryer Fit website and digital products ("the Products"). By using our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
Air Fryer Fit provides digital recipe collections and meal-planning materials (ebooks, plans, and a members area / recipe club). The Products are delivered electronically. They are provided for general informational and culinary purposes only.
Our recipes and content are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice and are not a substitute for professional guidance. Always consider your own health, allergies, and dietary needs, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. You are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens and for cooking food safely (including cooking to the safe internal temperatures noted in each recipe). Cooking times and results vary by air fryer model.
Prices are shown at checkout and may be presented in your local currency by Digistore24. Order bumps, upsells, and any subscription (the Recipe Club) are optional and clearly described before you confirm. By completing checkout you authorise the charge through Digistore24.
If you join the Recipe Club, it is a recurring subscription billed at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Digistore24 buyer account; cancellation stops future renewals. See our Refund Policy for details.
On purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Products for your own private use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or reproduce the Products in whole or in part without our written permission.
All content — recipes, text, design, images, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Air Fryer Fit and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Products are provided "as is". Any results described (including testimonials) are individual experiences and are not guaranteed; your results depend on your circumstances and how you use the material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated here.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Air Fryer Fit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country, which remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
